AireRx products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years after the original date of purchase. The warranty is only valid for the person who originally purchased the product, and only if the product has been subject to normal use. The warranty provides that AireRx will repair or replace components of the product, or provide a new version of the product (at its choice), and does not provide for compensation for any incidental or consequential damages. Any damage arising from abnormal use, or caused by improper handling or cleaning, or by negligence, is not covered under this warranty. The cushion cover, battery pack and fan are excluded from this warranty. Any alteration of the product not authorized by AireRx will void the warranty. AireRx will pay for ground shipping to and from our facility in the event the company deems a product to be eligible under the terms of this warranty. In order to be eligible, you will have to provide appropriate evidence that you are the person who purchased the product.
To submit a product for a warranty claim, first call our customer service department at 615.244.3327. You will receive a Warranty Claim Number which you must include with the product when you ship it to AireRx. You will receive shipping instructions as well at that time.
This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
