Requesting Sample cushions for Demonstration
If you are a medical seating clinic, distributor or retailer, you may request a sample AireRx Healthcare product for demonstration and evaluation purposes directly from this page.
Start the request process by clicking on the Request Sample button beside the product you want to demonstrate. The process will guide you through selecting the size, product type and your acknowledgement of sample terms.
As a sample-product recipient, we will ask you to acknowledge that the product you select is for demonstration uses only and that you understand that it will remain at all times the property of AireRx Healthcare, LLC. If you are unable to return the product to AireRx within a reasonable amount of time after AireRx's return request, then you agree to purchase it at the current dealer price.
Finally, we may request specific feedback from you periodically as a condition of your request. By your request you agree to respond to our brief requests.
